How fast will I receive my video?
Once your project enters production, most videos are delivered within 2–4 business days. Complex Tier II productions may take longer.
Who produces the work?
Everything is produced by one person — me. No outsourcing, no contractors by default. Same professional on every project, every time.
How does the queue work?
One project at a time. Submit your brief, it enters the queue, production begins when it reaches the front.
What if I don't have enough work to fill a month?
Pause your subscription anytime — you won't be billed while paused and your remaining minutes are held for you. Use them when you're ready, then resubscribe for a fresh allocation. No contracts, no re-enrollment fees
Do I have to use all my minutes on one video?
No — your monthly minutes are a production budget, not a single video length. A Tier I subscriber with 8 minutes might use them for four 2-minute Reels, two 4-minute YouTube edits, or any combination that adds up to 8 finished minutes. You decide how to allocate them across projects.
Will my video look like AI?
Only if you want it to.
AI in 2026 is a tool, not an aesthetic. Used well, it generates footage, voiceover, and music that holds up against traditionally produced work — especially in animated and stylized formats. Used poorly, it produces the generic, templated output you've seen flooding the internet.
The difference is the producer. I use AI tools the same way I'd use a camera or an edit bay — one part of a process guided by years of production judgment. Every Tier II video goes through the same direction, pacing, and finishing standards as a traditionally produced project.
What's not included?
On-location shooting, creative strategy, and multi-format delivery per project (each format = separate project) are outside standard scope.
