Broadcast promos live and die by the writing and the edit. These were produced for two of the most competitive programming environments of the era — FOX’s early network lineup and Amblin Entertainment’s Amazing Stories on NBC. Short form, high stakes, no room for soft moments.

• The Taco Bell piece was a franchise owner presentation for their Batman movie promotion.
